Terms of Service.

Last updated: June 2026

These Terms of Service govern your use of JhaPay — whether you're buying tickets, paying merchants, or selling tickets as an event organizer.

01

Acceptance of these terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and JHAX Inc. ("JhaPay", "we", "us"). By creating an account, buying a ticket, or selling through JhaPay, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Refund Policy, and — for ticket purchases — the Event Purchase Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

02

What JhaPay is

JhaPay is a payment and ticketing platform. Event organizers ("merchants") use JhaPay to list events, sell tickets, accept payments, and check in guests. Customers use JhaPay to find events, buy tickets, and pay merchants. Events are created, priced, and run by their organizers — JhaPay provides the platform, not the event.

03

Your account

Customer accounts are verified by a one-time SMS code sent to your phone number. You agree to provide accurate information (name, email, phone) and to keep it current. You are responsible for activity on your account — do not share your verification codes with anyone. We may suspend or close accounts involved in fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms.

04

Purchases, pricing, and fees

Ticket prices are set by the event organizer. Any service or platform fee is shown in your order breakdown before you pay — the total displayed at checkout is the total charged. Payments are accepted by card or JhaPay wallet and are processed by third-party payment processors. By submitting a payment you confirm you are authorized to use the payment method.

05

Refunds

All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable, and no refunds or exchanges will be issued unless the event is canceled by the organizer. See the Refund Policy for details, including how cancellations and billing errors are handled.

06

Tickets

Tickets are issued as QR codes, delivered by email and available in your account under My Bookings. Each QR code admits the stated number of seats once. Keep your QR code private — anyone with the code may be admitted in your place. The Event Purchase Terms govern entry, event changes, and venue rules.

07

Merchant accounts

Merchants are onboarded separately and must complete business verification before selling. Approval and payout timing depend on business verification, your bank, and the payment method. Merchants choose whether to absorb processing fees or pass them through to the customer at checkout. Merchants are responsible for their events: accuracy of listings, honoring valid tickets, complying with applicable laws, and handling cancellations as described in the Refund Policy.

08

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
  • Resell tickets or use the platform to scalp, scrape, or bulk-purchase inventory.
  • Attempt to interfere with, probe, or disrupt the service or its security measures.
  • Impersonate another person or create accounts with false information.
  • Initiate fraudulent payments or abusive chargebacks.
09

Intellectual property

JhaPay, the JhaPay logo, and the platform’s software and design are owned by JHAX Inc. and protected by law. Event names, images, and descriptions belong to their organizers. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the service except as allowed by these Terms.

10

Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available". Events are the responsibility of their organizers: JhaPay does not control and is not responsible for event quality, lineup, schedule changes, or cancellation decisions. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

11

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, JHAX Inc. will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenues. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the transaction giving rise to the claim.

12

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

13

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of JhaPay after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
