Q.01 How do I get my ticket after I pay?

Your QR ticket appears on the confirmation page right after checkout and is emailed to you. You can also find it anytime under My Bookings after signing in with your phone number.

Q.02 Is checkout secure?

Yes. Payments are processed through trusted payment partners and your data is protected with encryption and secure login. Your card details never touch JhaPay's servers.

Q.03 What fees do I pay when buying tickets?

Any service or platform fee is shown in your order breakdown before you pay. The total you see at checkout is the total charged — no surprises.

Q.04 What is the refund policy?

All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. No refunds or exchanges will be issued unless the event is canceled by the organizer.

Q.05 What if I lose my phone before the event?

Your tickets are tied to your account, not your device. Sign in on any device with your phone number and the SMS code to access your QR ticket. If your number changed, contact support with your booking details.

Q.06 How quickly can I start selling tickets?

Apply, then complete verification. Approval and payout timing depend on business verification, your bank, and the payment method.

Q.07 How do fees work for merchants?

Transparent ticketing and payment fees, shown before checkout. You can choose to absorb the fee or pass it through to the customer.
