Refund Policy.

Last updated: June 2026

This policy explains when refunds are and are not issued for tickets purchased through JhaPay. It applies to every booking and is presented at checkout.

01

All sales are final

All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. No refunds or exchanges will be issued unless the event is canceled by the organizer. This is shown at checkout, and every purchase requires acknowledging it before payment.

02

Canceled events

If an organizer cancels an event, your booking will be refunded. Refunds are issued to the original payment method — card payments return to your card, wallet payments return to your JhaPay wallet. Refund timing for card payments depends on your bank, typically within 5–10 business days of the refund being issued.

03

Postponed or rescheduled events

If an event is postponed or rescheduled, your ticket remains valid for the new date. Whether refunds are offered for a rescheduled event is at the organizer’s discretion.

04

Billing errors and duplicate charges

If you believe you were charged in error — for example a duplicate charge, or a charge without a confirmed booking — contact support with your booking details and we will investigate. Confirmed billing errors are corrected and refunded in full.

05

What is not refundable

  • Change of mind, inability to attend, or scheduling conflicts.
  • Arriving late, being refused entry for violating venue rules, or failing to meet the organizer’s entry requirements.
  • Lost or shared QR codes that are scanned by someone else before you arrive.
  • Dissatisfaction with the event itself — event content is the organizer’s responsibility.
