Q.01 How much does it cost to sell tickets on JhaPay?

Transparent ticketing and payment fees, shown before checkout. Contact sales for your rate — you can choose to absorb the fee or pass it through to the customer at checkout.

Q.02 How quickly do funds reach my bank?

Customer payments settle into your merchant wallet. Payout timing to your linked bank depends on business verification, your bank, and the payment method.

Q.03 What if a customer needs a refund?

Ticket sales are final for customers — tickets are non-refundable unless the event is canceled by the organizer. If you cancel your event, bookings are refunded. For exceptional cases, contact support.

Q.04 Can I run check-in without an internet connection?

The JhaPay app caches the active manifest for each event. Scans queue offline and reconcile when you reconnect. Even fully offline, duplicate scans are caught locally.

Q.05 Do I need a separate merchant account, or can I use my JhaPay user?

Merchants are onboarded separately. Once approved, you sign in to the merchant dashboard with your business email at jhapay.com/merchant.
