Q.01 How much does it cost to sell tickets on JhaPay?
No setup fee, no monthly fee. Transaction fees vary by payment method and volume. Contact sales for your custom rate — the fee can optionally be passed through to the customer at checkout, or absorbed by you.
Q.02 How quickly do funds reach my bank?
Customer payments settle into your merchant wallet in real time. Sweeps to your linked bank happen daily; most transfers complete in under 24 hours.
Q.03 What if a customer needs a refund?
Refund any booking from the dashboard up to 48 hours before the event. Funds return to the customer's JhaPay wallet instantly. Beyond 48h is at your discretion.
Q.04 Can I run check-in without an internet connection?
The JhaPay app caches the active manifest for each event. Scans queue offline and reconcile when you reconnect. Even fully offline, duplicate scans are caught locally.
Q.05 Do I need a separate merchant account, or can I use my JhaPay user?
Same account, upgraded role. Once approved, your existing JhaPay sign-in unlocks the merchant dashboard — no second login.
