Event Purchase Terms.
These terms apply to every ticket purchased through JhaPay. They cover how QR tickets work, entry at the gate, fees, event changes, and your responsibilities as a ticket holder.
Your ticket
Tickets are issued as QR codes. After checkout, your QR ticket is shown on the confirmation page, emailed to the address on your account, and available anytime under My Bookings when you sign in with your phone number. Some tickets admit more than one seat (group or box tiers) — the seat count is shown at checkout and on the ticket.
Entry
Present your QR code at the gate; staff scan it once to admit the stated number of seats. A QR code that has already been scanned will not be accepted again. Keep your code private — anyone who has it may be admitted in your place, and JhaPay cannot restore an already-scanned ticket.
Pricing and fees
Ticket prices are set by the event organizer. Any service or platform fee is itemized in your order breakdown before you pay. The total shown at checkout is the total charged — there are no additional charges after purchase.
All sales are final
Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. No refunds or exchanges will be issued unless the event is canceled by the organizer. See the Refund Policy for how cancellations, rescheduled events, and billing errors are handled.
The event is run by its organizer
Events listed on JhaPay are created and operated by independent organizers. The organizer is responsible for the event taking place as described — including lineup, schedule, venue, and any changes. Date, time, and venue may change; the organizer will communicate material changes, and your ticket remains valid for the updated event.
Venue rules and conduct
Entry is subject to the venue’s and organizer’s rules, which may include age limits, ID checks, security screening, and prohibited items. The organizer or venue may refuse or revoke entry for violating these rules, without refund. You attend events at your own risk.
No resale
Tickets may not be resold or offered for resale. Tickets obtained through unauthorized resale may be canceled without refund.
Lost access to your ticket
Your ticket is tied to your account, not your device. If you lose your phone or delete the email, sign in on any device with your phone number and the SMS code to retrieve your QR under My Bookings. If your phone number changed, contact support with your booking details before the event.
Relationship to other terms
These Event Purchase Terms are part of the JhaPay Terms of Service and apply together with the Refund Policy and Privacy Policy. If these terms conflict with the Terms of Service regarding a ticket purchase, these terms control.
